What is the test for informing a defendant of a charge of conspiracy to commit acts injurious to the public health?

California, United States of America

The following excerpt is from People v. Rehman, 253 Cal.App.2d 119, 61 Cal.Rptr. 65 (Cal. App. 1967):

In People v. Bowman, 156 Cal.App.2d 784, 792--794, 320 P.2d 70 an information substantially similar to the instant indictment, charging conspiracy to commit acts injurious to the public health and various other crimes, and including seventeen overt acts, was held to be sufficient to inform defendants of the charge against them and that it did not constitute a denial of due process.
