However, as appellant concedes in his opening brief, any such errors have clearly been waived because of the failure of appellant's trial counsel to object in the trial court. (See, e.g., People v. Scott (1994) 9 Cal.4th 331, 349-356.) Which effectively leaves only ineffective assistance of counsel as the basis for this appeal.
