Plaintiffs repeatedly state they had a "good faith" belief they would prevail at trial, but repetition does not make it so, and their disagreement with the court's conclusion does not establish that conclusion was outside "the bounds of reason." (Stull v. Sparrow (2001) 92 Cal.App.4th 860, 864.) "[T]there must be some reasonable basis for contesting the issue in question before sanctions can be avoided." (Brooks v.
