We need not consider defendant's contentions, however. We conclude that defendant forfeited his claims, in that defendant's counsel had ample opportunity, but failed to make any objection to the trial court's imposition of the upper term. (People v. Scott (1994) 9 Cal.4th 331, 351-353.)
