The least degree of similarity between the uncharged act and the charged offense is required in order to prove intent. (People v. Ewoldt (l994) 7 Cal.4th 380, 402.) Appellant argues that the evidence that he offered to massage and photograph the feet of an adult woman was not sufficiently similar to evidence that he touched the "stockinged" feet of a second-grade child.
