As we have pointed out, Griggs v. Duke Power Co., Supra, 401 U.S. 424, 436, 91 S.Ct. 849, 856, 28 L.Ed.2d 158, requiring such a job relation in employment tests, stated that such tests must demonstrably be "a reasonable measure of job performance," in order to pass constitutional and statutory muster.
