[5 Cal.4th 130] Persons whom the defense intends to call as witnesses at trial, in the context of section 1054.3, subdivision (a), include " 'all witnesses it reasonably anticipates it is likely to call....' " (Izazaga v. Superior Court, supra, 54 Cal.3d at p. 375, 285 Cal.Rptr. 231, 815 P.2d 304.)
