Even if we assume the trial court erred, defendant cannot show he was harmedi.e., defendant cannot show it is reasonably probable he would have fared better had the error not occurred. (People v. Watson (1956) 46 Cal.2d. 818, 836.) Here, the jury had before it the charge (dissuading a witness from testifying) and the evidence supporting that charge (defendant sending L.C. to Arizona).
