The court reviews an award of attorney's fees under the Copyright Act for an abuse of discretion. Cadkin v. Loose , 569 F.3d 1142, 114647 (9th Cir. 2009). "A district court abuses its discretion when its decision is based on an inaccurate view of the law or a clearly erroneous finding of fact." Id. at 1147 (citation omitted).
