8. Section 21167.4 requires that, in an action alleging a CEQA violation, the petitioner must file a written request for hearing within 90 days of the date the action is filed, or the action is subject to dismissal on the court's own motion or on a motion of any party interested in the action. ( 21167.4, subds. (a)-(c); County of Sacramento v. Superior Court (2009) 180 Cal.App.4th 943, 950.)
