In addition, to its relevance to an issue other than predisposition or propensity, to be admissible under Evidence Code section 1101, subdivision (b), the probative value of the charged crimes must be substantial and not outweighed by the probability that its admission would create a serious danger of undue prejudice, confusing the issues or misleading the jury.
