The following excerpt is from United States v. Lindsay, 931 F.3d 852 (9th Cir. 2019):

United States v. Spencer , 1 F.3d 742, 744 (9th Cir. 1993) ), and we hold that the district courts admission of the evidence was not so unreasonable as to constitute an abuse of discretion.

We therefore hold that there was no abuse of discretion or constitutional error in the district courts evidentiary rulings.
