(Falco).) It is irrelevant whether the attorney or the client caused the breakdown; the relevant consideration is the effect the breakdown would have on the client's legal representation. (Ibid.) Although a trial court may not simply " 'rubber stamp' " an attorney's withdrawal request, the court may accept the attorney's good faith representations unless the court has reason to doubt the attorney's sincerity.
