such an act (Evid. Code, 1101, subd. (a); People v. Ewoldt (1994) 7 Cal.4th 380, 393, 399, superseded by statute on other grounds), but is admissible "when relevant to prove some fact (such as motive, opportunity, intent, preparation, plan, knowledge, identity, absence of mistake or accident . . .) other than [the defendant's] disposition to commit such an act." (Evid. Code, 1101, subd. (b).)
