Appellant contends he is entitled to a reversal of the judgment as the audio recording was improperly admitted into evidence and admitting the audio recording into evidence constitutes prejudicial error. ( People v. Watson (1956) 46 Cal.2d 818, 836, 299 P.2d 243.)
