(Knowles v. Superior Court (2004) 118 Cal.App.4th 1290, 1295 (Knowles.) "[T]he limitations period is not triggered when a plaintiff forms an opinion that wrongdoing has occurred. Rather, . . . the plaintiff's mere suspicion of negligence triggers the statute." (Id. at p. 1298, fn. 5.)
