What is the legal test for obtaining access to the names and telephone numbers of a jury in a criminal trial?

After the recording of the jury's verdict in a criminal trial, the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the jurors are, by statute, required to be sealed. (Code Civ. Proc., 237, subd. (a)(2).) A defendant may move for an order granting access to that information upon a showing of good cause. ( 237, subd. (b).)
