Based on this record, it is not reasonably probable that a result more favorable to appellant would have been reached without the prosecutor's improper conduct. (See People v. Tully, supra, 54 Cal.4th at pp. 1009-1010.) Although the prosecutor's comments were inappropriate, they were very brief. The prosecutor did not engage in repeated or egregious conduct. These statements were not emphasized.
