The following excerpt is from People v. Allen, 275 Cal.App.2d 428, 79 Cal.Rptr. 793 (Cal. App. 1969):
The statements at issue here do not amount to prejudicial error. As noted by respondent, failure to object and request an admonition to claimed acts of misconduct precludes consideration on appeal. When the entire record is considered, it does not appear that the comments of the district attorney affected the eventual outcome (People v. Beivelman, 70 A.C. 37, 52, 73 Cal.Rptr. 521, 447 P.2d 913).
