2. Defendant is not challenging the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his convictions for robbery and being a felon in possession of a firearm and, therefore, we only briefly summarize the facts underlying his convictions, construing them "'in the light most favorable to the judgment.'" (People v. Curl (2009) 46 Cal.4th 339, 342, fn. 3.) The prosecution's evidence supporting the gang enhancement is discussed post.
