The following excerpt is from People v. Coke, 230 Cal.App.2d 22, 40 Cal.Rptr. 649 (Cal. App. 1964):
On this appeal, defendant first claims that the evidence is entirely circumstantial and the most that can be said is that her duties were such as to give her access to the missing funds, but that there is no evidence that she, herself, received any of the missing funds.
