The court also upheld the order assessing legal fees, rejecting defendant's contention that he did not expect the court to take up the matter of legal fees during the sentencing hearing. The court found that the probation report gave defendant sufficient notice that reimbursement for attorney fees would be considered at the sentencing hearing. (People v. Phillips, supra, 25 Cal.App.4th 62, 74, 30 Cal.Rptr.2d 321.)
