In asserting that Penal Code section 952 is unconstitutional the burden is upon the defendants to show wherein such section denies 'procedural due process.' As stated in People v. Black, 45 Cal.App.2d 87, 96, 113 P.2d 746, 751: 'One who seeks to raise a constitutional question must show that his rights are affected injuriously by the law which he attacks and that he is actually aggrieved by its operation.
