What is the burden of proving just cause against Hilton Hotels?

Plaintiffs were not employed under a written employment contract. Under Nevada law, the absence of a written contract gives rise to the presumption that employment is at will. See Vancheri v. GNLV Corp., 105 Nev. 417, 777 P.2d 366, 368 (1989) (per curiam).
