5. The definition of " '[r]elevant evidence' " includes "evidence relevant to the credibility of a witness." ( 210.) However, evidence that impeaches a witness by establishing prior acts of dishonesty is considered "collateral" in that it " 'has no relevancy to prove or disprove any issue in the action.'
