conduct was not illegal, the evidence of his disposition before the murder was reasonably considered more probative than prejudicial by the trial court. Evidence is considered relevant if it tends logically, naturally, and by reasonable inference to establish any element or fact material to the prosecution's burden of persuasion. (See Evid.
