Only relevant evidence is admissible. (Evid. Code, 350.) Evidence is relevant if it has "any tendency in reason to prove or disprove any disputed fact that is of consequence to the determination of the action." (Id., 210.) Thus, evidence is relevant if it tends logically, naturally and by reasonable inference to establish a material fact, such as identity, intent or motive. (People v. Lee (2011) 51 Cal.4th 620, 642.) Further,

no matter how weak evidence may be, it is relevant if it tends to prove an issue before the jury. (People v. Freeman (1994) 8 Cal.4th 450, 491.) "Except as otherwise provided by statute, all relevant evidence is admissible." (Evid. Code, 351.)
