probation in this case. The probation officer had no duty to investigate and report defendant's motivation for illegally entering the county. If he believed that revocation did not serve the interests of justice, he should have so argued to the court. (People v. Coleman (1975) 13 Cal.3d 867, 873.) He failed to do either, and we will not engage in speculation regarding defendant's motivation.
