"The law recognizes that the specificity required for the service of a notice in a medical malpractice case, pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section [33 Cal.App.4th 1774] 364, does not apply to the more general requirements of a claim filing pursuant to Government Code section 911.2 [Anson v. County of Merced (1988) 202 Cal.App.3d 1195, 1203, 249 Cal.Rptr. 457].
