Defendants claim the court exceeded its jurisdiction, because the statement of reasons is insufficient and there are no other valid grounds upon which a new trial could be granted. We have already dismissed the insufficiency claim. As for the claim there are no other valid grounds, because defendants cite very little authority and provide even less reasoned legal argument, we deem this claim waived. (Evans v.
