Hill wherein the solicitor who failed to carry out her client’s instructions was awarded minimal fees only in that, in Wellington, no finding of negligence had been made against the lawyer and the client was not left completely without a remedy due to the lawyer’s malfeasance as was the case here (but for the lawyer’s insurance).
