Before leaving this issue, I note that this case is like Manchanda v. Thethi, 2019 ONSC 1749, insofar as the Applicant in this uncontested trial has been “hampered in her ability to provide complete and/or precise information with respect to the [Respondent’s] financial affairs due to the limited disclosure that he ha[s] provided”. As noted in that case, where there is an absence of financial disclosure, there is broad discretion for a court to draw reasonable inferences for the purpose of resolving property issues or imputing income.
