There is no question that the wife’s mileage claims, although unusual, are recoverable in law. Further, I may take judicial notice of the fact that there are additional expenses involved in the use of a motor vehicle, beyond fuel costs. Schill v. Schill, [2012] O.J. No. 2711 (S.C.J. – McDermot J.), at paragraphs 86 and 87.
