What is the test for providing particulars of a description of a person sought by a requesting state?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Danielson v. United States of America, 2008 BCCA 519 (CanLII):

The United States provided particulars of the person sought. They matched the person in court. In United States of America v. Graham, 2005 BCSC 54 at para. 25, Bennett J. held that the requesting state was not required to state how it obtained a photograph of the person sought. The issue does not engage a consideration of the source of the description; the issue is whether the person described by the requesting state is the person in court.
