In January 2018 I heard a seven day trial between the parties. As I indicated in my reasons for decision released on March 22, 2018 (Tibari v. Maaden, 2018 ONSC 1938) the issues at trial were many – custody, access, restraining orders, child support, retroactive s. 7 expenses and travel with Adam, the parties’ son. At the time of the trial Adam was seven years old. He is now 8 ½ years old.
