Is there any case law relating to right hand passage law?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from McCaffrey v. Kang, 2014 BCSC 1266 (CanLII):

Regarding the first argument, I do not understand the right hand passage law as relied upon by counsel. That law deals with someone passing on the right hand side of a vehicle in its proper lane as exemplified in the plaintiff’s reference to R v. Dickson, 2003 BCSC 437.
