It is equally clear from the fact that instrument 2178AG applies to lots 33 to 42 inclusive that the vendors imposed the same restrictions on all of the lots in the scheme. There is no requirement that the covenant apply generally in a subdivision or other geographical circumscription. Instead, the fact that the restrictive covenant applies to all lots made part of the scheme suffices to satisfy this condition. Crump v. Kernahan at para 17.
