The Respondents further say that an employer is not required to inquire if an employee is ill or disabled before terminating their employment, unless it is considering terminating the employee for reasons which it knows or has reason to believe may be connected with a disability: Geraskina v. Immigrant Services Society of British Columbia, 2008 BCHRT 323, (para. 40).
