For the purposes of assessing the respondent’s income I am entitled to consider the whole of the pre-tax corporate earnings of any company over which he has a controlling interest absent evidence which persuades me there is a corporate requirement to retain some of the income within the corporation for legitimate business use: Hausmann v.
