We do not find that the period of voluntary withdrawal, however, should similarly be taken into account. The Respondent cited two cases in support of giving credit for the period of voluntary withdrawal: Law Society of BC v. Kaminski, 2018 LSBC 14 and Law Society of BC v. Uzelac, 2003 LSBC 35.
