I turn now to the Reasons of the Learned Registrar. At pg. 3 of his Reasons he states that the issue is whether or not, for the reasons set forth in MacQuarrie, Hunter v. Foote et al (1982), 1982 CanLII 489 (BC CA), 41 B.C.L.R. 123, (C.A.), and the cases which follow it, the review should await the conclusion of the clients' trial.
