In any event, a half-hourly schedule for sweeps provides a more rigorous system for inspection and maintenance than other systems which have been found to be reasonable. In Gryschuk v. Westfair Foods Ltd., [1999] B.C.J. No. 302 (S.C.)(Q.L.) this court accepted as reasonable in the circumstances sweeps every two to three hours in a high risk produce section of a grocery store. The circumstances of the present case do not demand a higher standard of maintenance and inspection.
