To paraphrase the words of Gordon v. Goertz, 1996 CanLII 191 (SCC), [1996] 2 S.C.R. 27 at 45, the question is whether there is evidence of a change in the condition, means, needs or circumstances of the children or the ability of the parties to meet their needs which materially affects the children and which was either not foreseen or could not have been reasonably contemplated by Mr. Justice Lamperson.
