What is the penalty of a two-month suspension followed by a one year practice restriction?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Law Society of Upper Canada v. Adamson, 2017 ONLSTH 45 (CanLII):

My role in considering the proposed penalty of a two-month suspension followed by a one-year practice restriction is to determine whether it falls within the range of reasonableness: Law Society of Upper Canada v. Cooper, 2009 ONSLAP 7 at paras. 13 to 19. In my view, it does. I also observe that, while I am not bound to accept a joint submission, it should only be rejected if it is contrary to the public interest or would bring the administration of justice into disrepute.
