In Ofukany v. Ofukany, 2009 SKQB 234, Smith J. went so far as to say that "… there is a presumption, albeit [a] rebuttable [one], that the children in mobility cases should remain in the locale of the status quo until the debate proceeds to trial to be fully and fairly determined.”
