It is in that context that the presence of the maternal grandparents is required in order that all matters in the proceeding may be effectively adjudicated upon. As in Mills v. Mills, supra, I am satisfied that it is only after all persons who have an interest in obtaining custody of the two children are before the court that the court can adjudicate upon what is in the best interests of the children.
