For example, parking is considered an overhead expense to be borne by counsel. Similarly, files and supplies are not compensable on a party/party bill: McCreight v. Currie, 2008 BCSC 1751 at para. 38. The expense related to the purchase of ink cartridges is subsumed in the photocopying charges. All of these charges are disallowed.
