Now, the petitioner’s conduct in interesting herself in another man to an unwise extent cannot be justified because her marriage had not been going well. But that liaison has long since passed. There is not any continuing misconduct by the wife. Here, as in Philpott v. Philpott, in the words of Hogg, J.A., at page 217, “Nowhere is it shown that she was not solicitous of the welfare of her (three) infant children and did not care for their well-being to the best of her ability . . .”
