2. Pensions: Each has a pension and it is agreed that these be split equally per Clarke v. Clarke, [1990] 2 S.C.R. 788. The wife is entitled to 50% of the gross pension of the husband. She is entitled to these payments since the pension payments began to be paid to the petitioner. The respondent is entitled to 50% of the petitioner's pension as of the date of separation.
