What are the “Farden factors” used by the Court to determine whether a 20 year old child needs to be paid for education?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Tindle v. Tindle, 2012 BCSC 604 (CanLII):

The applicant parent is not obliged to provide the court with evidence on each of the “Farden factors”. However, there should be some evidence as to the child’s expenses for and the plan of education as well as the goals that the child wishes to obtain by pursing education. In Ketabchi v. Tahouri, 2011 BCSC 720, Mr. Justice Harris noted that he had no evidence as to whether a 20 year old child was working nor did he have any evidence as to whether the child needed the continued support of his father.
